Retalix Synergy - Case Study

Application for Retalix's international conference. The application contains data regarding the conference's schedule, smart navigation map and much more.

The Client

Retalix is a leading global provider of innovative, integrated software solutions services for high volume, high complexity foods & goods retailers and distributors. Among Retalix customers: Tesco, Carrefour, Sainsbury's, Target, Burger King and many more.

User Interface

Submitting a large amount of focused information, including an agenda, lectures, sponsors lists, speakers, events, maps, personal area and more for exhibition's visitors, is always a big challenge. Therefore, significant use of colors to define content type, was clearly required. By using new & excellent company branding (launched during exhibition), including young and diverse color scheme, the user interface received is neat and legible, colorful, youthful and modern.

User Experience

Destination crowd, business people and corporate executives are busy people, but very organized. Their life revolves around schedules and deadlines. The emphasis here was, first of all, on content distribution by importance by displaying the information in short post/paragraphs (as in social networks) and encouraging participant and host creativity through the application.

The Need

In Synergy 2012 Retalix introduced its new branding. They wanted an iOS & Android apps that showcase all the lectures, speakers, new products/technologies and help navigate around the summit. And of course, all of this should be designed with styling that best matches their new branding.

The Challenge

We tried to fit Retalix new look and branding throughout the application but still keep the overall experience/design/colors pleasant to the eye.
